So I bought 3 new tickets 3 TIMES and all 3 TIMES my card was charged and I didn't get a booking TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDN'NT BOOK FOR ME After so many bugs, I managed to secure a successful booking for Umrah but my old tickets for transport were not appearing for use
There is no way to contact the App support team The phone number goes to auto voice message and the email falls on deaf ears
